This blend is produced by the Cooperativa Agraria Caftealera Jose Gabrial Condorcanqui in Coyona, Peru. Instead of the modern washed method, Coyona's farmers use the natural process, allowing the coffee bean to be slowly sun-dried inside the coffee cherry (the fruit of the coffee plant). The result is decaffeinated coffee with a singular and unforgettable taste!
