How to Use Groovy Bee® Foot Pads:

1. Peel off the adhesive backing.
   
2. Clean and dry your feet.
   
3. Apply the sticky side of the pad to the sole of each foot (target reflexology points for enhanced benefits).
   
4. Leave on for 8–12 hours while you sleep.
   
5. In the morning, remove and discard. Wash off any remaining residue with soap and water.
   

💡Pro Tip: For best results, wear snug socks overnight to keep the pads in place.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
