How do recurring orders work?


Auto-ship Terms and Conditions

  1. By signing up for Health Ranger Store's auto-ship program, you are authorizing us to charge the credit card associated with your account. It will be charged automatically on the day the order is processed.
  2. You will receive the Auto ship 5% savings on your first reoccurring order (not the initial order) and all additional autoship orders when the items selected are listed under our AutoShip & Save 5% program.   3. Loyalty points, voucher codes and other discounts cannot be used on auto-ship subscriptions.
  4. You will receive an advance email notifying you of your reoccurring order being processed.
  5. You may login to your account at any time to make changes to your subscription. Changes must be completed prior to order process date.
  6. Any change or cancellation request must be completed prior to the process date. If your order has already been processed, we can not edit or cancel the shipment. If you wish to return the item, please send a Return Request through https://www.healthrangerstore.com/apps/return_prime.   7. The free shipping promotion applies to auto ship orders over $99 and within the 48 contiguous US, when using a physical address.
  8. If you have multiple items in your auto ship and an item(s) is out of stock, you will receive an email notifying you.
    1. If your shipping method does not change, (free shipping, flat rate shipping) We will go ahead and auto ship the remaining items unless you request a hold for that shipment by contacting us.
    2. If your order original qualified for the free shipping offer but you now fall under $99 and you wish to continue with the remaining items, you will be responsible to pay the $9.95 shipping cost (within the 48 contiguous US.)
      1. We must receive your confirmation to pay the shipping costs to ship remaining items. If not received before processing date, the entire auto ship will be skipped.
    3. If the out of stock items are due to come back in stock within 3 business days, we will hold the order and send it once all items are back in stock.
    4. Orders will be processed in 24 to 48 hrs and will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
    5. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified via email that the auto-ship payment has you will need to update your information. Once your payment information has been corrected, the Autoship will be processed the next business day.
    6. The Health Ranger Store reserves the right to adjust pricing on exact products when inventory pricing is updated in our system.
    7. The Health Ranger Store reserves the right to replace exact items when size of packaging or labels has been updated in the store.
    8. You may cancel or change your auto-ship program at any time by logging into your account at www.healthrangerstore.com or by contacting csr@healthrangerstore.com.
  9. Payments for recurring orders must be made by credit card or debit card.
  10. Returned Orders: If a recurring order is returned to shipper, we will make attempts to contact customer to confirm they wish to keep order and see if shipping address needs modification. If a second package is returned, we will automatically cancel all future recurring orders.

Auto ship FAQ

How can I set up an Auto ship?

There is no fee for membership. On each individual product page you can see ‘Enjoy Autoship Delivery’ and you need to select quantity of the products that you wish to receive and the frequency of shipments. (1-12 weeks). The frequency can always be adjusted after a subscription is established. When you are finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon to complete your order.

 

Is it OK if some products in my cart are not Auto ship?

Absolutely! Auto ship orders can be shipped with other items that are not set-up for auto-ship.  If you decided to add more products to an upcoming Auto ship order, you can login to your account or contact us and we’ll be happy to add that to your order for you.

 

How to change my Auto ship order?

To change the delivery date, quantity ordered, or swap product(s), login to your online account and update the order.  If you need assistance, you can call us at 307-222-0422 , M-F from 8am to 6pm CST.

 

Will I get notification for my next Auto ship order?

Definitely, yes! Our system will send a reminder email prior to your next order processing. Your email service may send this to SPAM/JUNK, be sure to mark us as a safe sender.  You can also access your auto ship once you log in to your online account and view your upcoming orders, view order history and more.

 

Can I use a coupon or discount code for my auto-ship?

Unfortunately, any discount or voucher code cannot be used for auto -ship. Those codes are for one purchase only and not for recurring orders.

 

I can’t get logged in to my online account. It says my email address doesn’t exist.

This happens when the account isn’t complete or activated.  You can create your account through this link https://www.healthrangerstore.com/account/register with the same email address used when you set up the auto -ship. You can also call us so we can send an Activation Link to your email that you used for your auto-ship.

 

Where do I find my Auto ship account?

Once you are logged in, click Manage Subscription that you can see on the upper right and below your name.

 

Can I change my Auto ship date after placing my first order?

Yes! You may adjust your frequency and/or upcoming order date prior to the next processing date. 

 

How do I make changes to my Auto ship order?

Subject to our Auto ship terms and conditions, you can change your upcoming order date, skip an order, change your order frequency, or cancel enrollment by logging in to your account.  Changes to an order must be made prior to your order processing, at least a day before the scheduled date.  Once your order has been processed and an email confirmation has been sent, we can no longer make any changes or cancellations.
