Care & Cleaning

  • Season to Unlock Peak Performance
After a few uses, build your pan’s natural nonstick power by seasoning. Apply a thin layer of oil to a clean, dry pan, heat it on low until it just starts to smoke, then let it cool. Wipe off any excess and repeat as needed.
  • Clean Gently, Cook Fearlessly
Skip the soap. Rinse with warm water and use a soft sponge. For stuck-on bits, scrub gently with coarse salt and a little water—then rinse clean.
  • Dry Thoroughly, Oil Lightly
Water = rust. Always dry your pan completely after cleaning. Then rub in a thin layer of oil to maintain your seasoning and keep it protected between uses.
