These are lemony but I think they could be more flavored with lemon. I think they would be better if they were. The cashews make this bar so good. Great for a fast healthy break.

Nutty Cashew bars with a hint of Lemon.

Made with 4 ingredients in these bars. The bars are filling as a snack or an addition to a meal. Even though they are good, they are more nutty then lemony.

Delicious!

I decided to try the bars and ordered several boxes of various ones. I haven't tried the others yet, but did dive into this box of lemon cashew. It was delicious! I will be ordering more.

These bars have a nice nutty texture with just enough lemon flavor. I wish they were larger, because you can go through a box fairly quick.
