What's so special about our Health Ranger Select Freeze-Dried Organic Peas?

Good source of dietary fiber: Organic peas are a good source of dietary fiber, providing over 4 grams (g) for every half-cup serving. Sufficient fiber intake is crucial for maintaining good overall health.

Contain vitamins B6 and B9: Organic peas also contain good amounts of folate and vitamin B6. These nutrients are essential for optimal health and wellness.

Packed with protein: Organic peas are a good source of protein. In fact, a half-cup serving of peas provides as much protein as one tablespoon of peanut butter minus the fat that the latter contains.

Directions

Use dry: Can be eaten dry as a crunchy snack.

Rehydrate: Add 3 parts water to 1 part peas. Let stand 15–20 minutes.

Cooking: Add directly to soups, stews, rice, or pasta; peas will rehydrate during cooking.

Other uses: Sprinkle into salads, trail mix, or grain bowls.

Important: Freeze-dried foods will absorb water like a sponge. Once you open these bags or cans, you must seal them in an air-tight manner.

Note: To ensure the longevity of storage and safety of our product sold in #10 can packaging, we enclose the product inside Ziploc storage bags and placed inside our #10 cans.  The Ziploc bags are BPA free, made for food grade products and have an exceptionally long shelf life.

This product can be stored up to 10-15 years, depending on storage conditions. Keep it in a dark, cool, low-humidity location and it will last for an extended duration. Heat, humidity and light will degrade all storable foods

All items must be shipped back within 30 days and must be unopened (including external seals in tact), in their original packaging and resalable condition.  Once received and inspected, we will refund your method of payment, less original shipping/delivery charges. If you are past the 30 day mark on your purchase, we will not accept the items back nor offer you a credit or refund.

- 1/2 cup Health Ranger Select Organic Freeze-Dried Peas 

- 2 Tbsp. Health Ranger Select Freeze-Dried Miso Powder (yellow or red)

- 2 cups filtered water 

- Some chopped scallion 

- 1 poached egg (optional)
