Our Organic Cocoa Energize is comprised of several ingredients, each a superfood in their own right.
Organic cocoa powder**
Rich in nutrients and flavor, cocoa powder is the main ingredient in chocolate products and is also used in a wide variety of recipes across the globe. Cocoa powder is derived from the crushed and fermented beans of the cacao tree (Theobroma cacao). During processing, the cocoa butter, or fat, is removed, leaving behind pure cocoa, which is then finely ground into a powder. According to a study that was published in the journal Frontiers in Pharmacology, cocoa powder contains high levels of antioxidant polyphenols and flavonoids. These antioxidants can help support good health.
Organic maca root powder**
