Good for soup

I used these freeze-dried peas in soup and they are wonderful. They have a great texture and taste and hold up well when cooked, instead of dissolving and becoming mushy.

Wow! Real Food!

We planted a rather large as organic as can be garden this summer. As organic as can be meaning who knows without testing what was in the soil from this acreage previously being farmland and chem trailing. When I first tasted the peas I thought "Good. I haven't tasted peas like this since the 1960's from my grandmother's garden". Then I tasted the Health Ranger's freeze dried peas. Wow! I ate till I was stuffed. They seriously beat grandma garden. Real food with no chemical taste you think one doesn't even detect because that is all you have eaten. These peas are wonderful. I will order more today. Bunches.

How can you go wrong with these Org. Peas?

Protein, Vit A, C, D, Calcium, Iron, Potassium!

I have not tried to rehydrate the peas on their own but have dropped them into my Miso soup, Ramen noodle soups and they are TERRIFIC! - No rehydrating prior!

I'm getting the cans next time for "Just in case!"
