Directions

Cooking Instructions: Add 2 cups rinsed beans to large pot, cover with 3-4 inches of water. Add aromatics (onion, garlic). Cover, bring to boil over high heat. Uncover, stir and reduce heat to low simmer. Cook until tender, 1.5 to 2 hours. Add more water if they start to dry. Remove aromatics, add juice of half lime and add 1/4 tsp salt or as needed. Serve immediately. 

This product can be stored up to 10-15 years, depending on storage conditions. Keep it in a dark, cool, low-humidity location and it will last for an extended duration. Heat, humidity and light will degrade all storable foods
