How to make DIY cashew-almond bars Ingredients:
- 1 cup Health Ranger Select Organic Raw Cashews (Whole)
- 1 cup Health Ranger Select Organic, Raw, Unpasteurized, Non-Irradiated Almonds
- ¼ cup Dastony Stone Ground 100% Organic Raw Almond Butter
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded organic coconut
- 3 Tablespoons organic maple syrup
- 3 Tablespoons water
- Pour all the ingredients except for the water into a food processor and pulse.
- While pulsing, slowly add the water 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Continue pulsing until the mixture is thoroughly incorporated.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
- Use another piece of parchment paper to press down on the mixture until it is firm.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut the refrigerated loaf into square bars and enjoy.
