This is probably one of my favorite items we get from HR. Hubby and I, and my service dog, have been taking it for over a decade. EXCELLENT quality from HR. Love the easy to swallow tablets, which are great, but the power is king for our AM shakes. Even got my mother taking it. We all love it!!! Combine with spirulina for the game changing combo.
