You can eat them straight out of the bag or add them to your favorite stir-fry dishes and salads. Add crushed cashews to your favorite cereals, dried fruits, steamed vegetables, soups, savory rice dishes, baked goods, yogurts, granola mixes, desserts and other recipes. With a little creativity, you can turn cashews into delicious nut butter, creamy salad dressings and rich pasta sauces. You can even use cashews to make your own non-dairy cashew milk, sour cream and ice cream.

Storage notes: Product should be stored under 55 F and under 65% humidity in a cool, dry place. Keep product away from direct heat and moisture.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions or until al dente.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend raw cashews with MCT oil, basil, garlic, lemon juice and pink Himalayan salt.
  3.  Toss the creamy cashew pesto with the cooked pasta along with sun-dried tomatoes, organic corn, artichoke hearts and mozzarella balls.
  4.  Serve and enjoy.

Perfect Cashews!

We grind up cashews and whole pitted dates for the “cream and sugar” in our coffee. These cashews are so fresh I use far fewer than the Costco brand for the same creaminess. The packaging is excellent and seals completely and easily.

I like having these around for my smoothies. Instead of buying cashew milk, I start my smoothie with a cup of water and a handful of these cashews to blend my own fresh clean cashew milk on an as needed basis. And I would also add a bit of HR heavy cream powder, which some might say defeats the purpose, but it adds a good richness while cutting back on some dairy.
