My wife does most of the baking, where I do alot of the cooking. She makes a zucchini bread with our garden zucchini with raw cacao, dark chocolate chips, coconut, and almonds. Turns out more like zucchini cake. We've been anxious to try an alternative to refined white sugar. I think this will be a superb alternative. Most of the ingredients we use are organic including substituting coconut oil for the vegetable oil in the recipe. Thank you for providing healthier options.
